Questions from the water
It's a real USPS street address in downtown Gig Harbor. You'll receive a Private Mailbox (PMB) number at 8809 N. Harborview Dr., Suite 101. Banks, insurance companies, the DMV, and government agencies will accept it – unlike a PO Box.
You'll need to complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two forms of valid, unexpired ID (one photo ID and one address ID). The signature must be witnessed in person or by real-time video call. We make the process simple – just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Yes. Our space is on the downtown Gig Harbor waterfront with a private dock. You can pull up by dinghy or kayak to grab your mail, or let us know you're coming and we'll bring it out to you. You're also welcome to pick up in person during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5).
We receive letters and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Packages up to 6 cubic feet and 30 pounds. We'll sign for signature-required deliveries on your behalf.
We don't offer mail forwarding at this time. You'll need to pick up in person (on foot or by boat). If you're leaving the area for a while, we recommend having important mail sent directly to your next destination.

We're on Harborview Drive in downtown Gig Harbor, a short walk or dinghy ride from Jerisich Dock, Arabella's Landing, and other downtown moorage. Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard is just inside the harbor entrance.
Absolutely. Many of our virtual office customers use their address for business registration, Google Maps listings, and professional credibility. You can list up to three recipient names per mailbox (personal, business, and DBA).
